Im an ambitious, spontaneous, “give me any ingredients and I will make it a meal” kind of chef.
I am in search of my culinary destiny and willing to share what I know about culinary arts to other people through this blog. I adore food, cooking, booze, and writing. After receiving my journalism degree from Virginia Commonwealth, I decided to put aside being a broadcast journalist on pause to pursue my dream of going to culinary school and becoming a successful chef. I graduated from Johnson & Wales University in 2009 and I have been cooking, teaching, and inspiring others to be more open with eating and being creative with food.
One day I hope to travel around the world and explore different cuisines, wine, and writing about my accomplishments.
